Both sides are stimulating the exchange of scientists, postgraduate students between NTUA and SINP MSU. MSU is ready to provide the postgraduate research programs for the students from NTUA, budgeting by the NTUA. The exchange is budgeted by NTUA and SINP MSU in equal parts.

4.Participation in workshops, seminars and academic meetings
5.Academic Programs (bilateral or multilateral), i.e. mutual endorsements on UNESCO Chairs
6.Life Long Learning and e-learning Programs
7.Eligible activities within the bilateral cooperation of research between Greece and Moscow
8.Other areas in which concrete mutual interest in cooperation is established or will develop.
